San Francisco in the 60’s & 70’s was a hotbed of music and bellydance innovation in America. Middle Eastern clubs were cultural melting pots, fostering fusions which evolved into the American bellydance styles we know today. Together we will explore movements popularized during this bellydance heyday, including finger cymbal patterns for those who wish to try their hand. Learn some fun and sassy beginner to intermediate combos to get your groove on! Bring finger cymbals if you got ’em.
